The Tortuga Effects Yeti is a huge sounding yet tightly focused fuzz machine that can create sounds very close to a distortion pedal. That is why it is called the Fuzz-Stortion. The Tortuga Effects Yeti Fuzz-Stortion is capable of creating sounds ranging from your favorite 1970's fuzz tones all the way to scooped metal tones of the 90's and beyond. It is able to pull this off with a 4-way rotary knob called Anger. The different voices of Anger are Classic Scooped Mids, Flat Mids, Mid Hump & Tone Bypass. The Tortuga Effects Standard Issue Phaser has a circuit modeled after a vintage MXR Phase 90. Not a bad starting point. Matt, the one man operation at Tortuga Effects, modified it to have less of the MXR's upper midrange boost resulting in a phaser that sound great in all situations. The Tortuga Effects Standard Issue Phaser is essentially two identical phase pedals in one. Knobs are for Force x2 (Depth) and Width x2 (Rate). The Rain Delay is a classic, digital echo and delay that will really get the crowd cheering. With dual, switchable rate controls, the Rain Delay can act like both a small room echo and a long solo delay at the push of a foot switch. It can also be run at 9v with the internal battery or external power supply for more of an analog warmth or up to 18v with external power for more headroom and clarity.
